How To Check What Ezi Broadband nbn® Plans Are Available At Your Address

How To Check What Ezi Broadband nbn® Plans Are Available At Your Address

Before Ezi Broadband can connect your home or business to the nbn®, we first need to confirm that our plans are available at your location.

This process helps us identify what type of nbn® technology serves your property and what speeds and plans you can access.

Why availability varies

Not all addresses in Australia are connected to the same nbn® technology. Depending on your location, your home might use fibre, copper, coaxial, or wireless infrastructure. Each technology type supports different speeds, hardware, and installation requirements.

Checking plan availability ensures you:

  • Choose a plan compatible with your nbn® technology
  • Avoid delays or incorrect equipment
  • Understand whether upgrade options (like Fibre Connect) may be available in your area

How to check your address

  1. Go to our Service Qualification page — Visit ezibroadband.com.au/SQ.
  2. Enter your full address — Start typing your address; the field will auto-complete based on nbn® Co's official database.
  3. View your results — The system will instantly check your address and show which Ezi Broadband nbn® plans and speeds are available.
  4. Select your plan — Once you know what's available, you can choose the plan that best fits your needs and continue to checkout.

Note: Not every address can access every speed tier. Some of the new ultra-fast plans (1000/50, 2000/200) are limited to FTTP and certain HFC connections.

What happens behind the scenes

When you enter your address, our system performs a real-time Service Qualification Check against the nbn® network database. It returns details such as:

  • Your nbn® technology type (FTTP, FTTN, FTTC, HFC, Fixed Wireless, or Satellite)
  • Whether your premises is already connected or needs a technician visit
  • The Service Class, which indicates activation readiness

This process only takes a few seconds and ensures your plan, equipment, and installation requirements are all correct from the start.

If your address isn't found

In rare cases — for example, with new housing estates or subdivided lots — the nbn® database may not yet list your property. If this happens, our provisioning team can manually verify your address with nbn® Co and confirm eligibility within 1–2 business days.

Please get in touch with us if this is the case.

What to do next

Once your address has been checked and qualified:

  • You'll see the Ezi Broadband plans available at your property
  • You can order directly online
  • Our team will handle activation and setup based on your connection type

There's no cost or obligation for the qualification process — it's simply part of ensuring your connection goes smoothly.
