When you complete the address lookup, the Ezi Broadband system checks:

• Which nbn® technology your property uses (e.g. FTTP, FTTN, FTTC, HFC, Fixed Wireless)
• The maximum speed supported at your location
• Whether your premises is already nbn®-ready or requires installation

From there, our plans page automatically filters your results and shows only the plans available for your connection type — so there's no guesswork or confusion.

Viewing plan details

After the check, you'll be taken to our plans page, where you can:

• Compare available plans and pricing
• See speed information (download and upload rates)
• View inclusions like unlimited data and optional add-ons
• Choose your preferred plan and proceed to checkout

Upgrading or changing plans
