How To Update Your Personal Or Contact Details

If your name, email address, or phone number has changed, you can request an update through your customer portal. Our team will make the changes on your behalf.

What Can Be Updated

  1. Name on your account
  2. Email address
  3. Phone number
These details cannot be edited directly in the portal — you'll need to submit a case and our team will process the update for you.

Looking to update your payment card? You can update your card details directly in the portal without submitting a case. See "How To Update Your Payment Method" for instructions.

Moving to a new address? If you're relocating, see "What Happens If I Move House?" — that's a separate process that involves transferring your service.

How To Submit a Details Update Request

  1. Log in to your Ezi Broadband customer portal at my.ezibroadband.com.au.
  2. Click "Create a new case" from the dashboard, or select "Support" from the header menu.
  3. Confirm your email address is correct, or enter your preferred contact email.
  4. Select your service.
  5. Choose "Customer Service / General Enquiry" as the reason.
  6. In the description field, let us know which details you'd like updated. For example: "Please update my email address to newemail@example.com."
  7. Click Submit.
Our team will contact you to verify the changes and confirm once your details have been updated.

Why Can't I Edit My Details Directly?

To protect your account, changes to personal information are processed by our team with identity verification. This prevents unauthorised changes to your account.
