How To Update Your Payment Method

How To Update Your Payment Method

You can update your payment card details directly from your Ezi Broadband customer portal at any time. No need to contact support — it only takes a minute.

How To Update or Add a Payment Card

  1. Log in to your Ezi Broadband customer portal at my.ezibroadband.com.au.
  2. From the dashboard, click "Payment Methods."
  3. To update an existing card, click "Edit card details" next to the card you'd like to change.
  4. To add a new card, click "Add card."
  5. Enter your new card details and save.

Setting a Default Card

If you have more than one card saved, you can choose which one is used for your automatic monthly billing by setting it as your default payment method.
To do this, go to "Payment Methods" from the dashboard and select the card you'd like to use as your default.

Important Things To Know

  1. All Ezi Broadband services are billed via direct debit, so your default card will be charged automatically each billing cycle.
  2. If a payment fails due to an expired or declined card, update your details as soon as possible to avoid any interruption to your service.
  3. Ezi Broadband never stores or has access to your full card number. All payment data is encrypted and handled securely through our payment gateway.
For more information on how your payment data is protected, see "How Ezi Broadband Protects Your Billing and Payment Data."
