How Do I Pay A Bill Online?

How Do I Pay A Bill Online?

All Ezi Broadband services are paid via direct debit, so your bills are usually handled automatically. However, if a payment has failed or you'd like to settle an outstanding balance early, you can make a manual payment directly through your customer portal.

How To Pay a Bill Online

  1. Log in to your Ezi Broadband customer portal at my.ezibroadband.com.au.
  2. From the dashboard, click "Your Bills."
  3. Select the bill you'd like to pay.
  4. Click "Pay" and follow the prompts to complete the payment.

When You Might Need To Pay Manually

Manual payments are typically used when:
  1. A scheduled direct debit has failed (for example, due to an expired card or insufficient funds)
  2. You'd like to pay off an outstanding balance early
  3. You need to clear your account balance before cancelling your service

Tips

  1. If a direct debit has failed, update your card details first to avoid future failed payments. See "How To Update Your Payment Method" for instructions.
  2. After completing a manual payment, you'll receive a confirmation on screen and a receipt via email.
  3. Your regular billing cycle and automatic payments will continue as normal going forward.
