Ezi Broadband Online Checkout Process
The Ezi checkout flow allows customers to sign up for an NBN plan online. The process is completed in up to two stages depending on whether a modem is purchased.
Follow the steps below to complete the checkout. Screenshots are included for each step to guide you through the process.
1. Enter Your Address
Type your home address into the address field to begin. The system will validate your address and confirm NBN availability at your location.
2. Choose Your nbn® Plan
Review the available NBN plans and select the one that best suits your needs. Plans are displayed with speed, pricing, and inclusions.
3. Select a Modem Option
Choose whether you would like to purchase a modem or proceed without one.
Note: If you select a modem here, you will be directed to a second checkout page after completing the main checkout to finalise the modem purchase
Fill in your personal contact information, including your name, email address, and phone number.
5. Choose Activation Date
Select when you would like your NBN connection to be activated:
- ASAP – activate as soon as possible
- Specific Date – schedule activation for a later date
6. Current Connection Details
If you have an existing NBN connection, enter your ACVID here. This allows us to submit your activation with NBN and cancel your existing connection at the same time.
Important: If the ACVID is not provided, we may need to contact you before we can submit your order for activation.
7. NTD (Network Termination Device) Check
Indicate whether you have an NTD installed at your premises. An NTD is a small box typically mounted on a wall, installed by an NBN technician.
Important: If no NTD is present at your premises, our team may need to contact you or schedule an NBN technician appointment before your service can be activated.
8. Enter Direct Debit Details
Enter your bank card details to set up direct debit for your monthly payments.
Important: Your first month of service will be charged immediately when you complete this step.
9. Modem Purchase (If Applicable)
If you selected a modem in Step 3, you will be automatically redirected to a second checkout page to complete the modem purchase separately.
Note: This only applies if you chose to purchase a modem. If you selected no modem in Step 3, your checkout is now complete.
