Speeds listed below are maximum download and upload speeds for each plan. Actual speeds during busy periods (7pm–11pm) may vary depending on your nbn® technology type and network conditions. Refer to the Critical Information Summary for your plan for full speed details.

Our nbn® Fixed Line Plans

Basic (nbn® 25)

Speeds: Up to 25 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload

Speeds: Up to 750 Mbps download / 50 Mbps upload

Ultrafast (nbn® 1000)

Good to Know: The fastest plan available. Ideal for homes with extremely heavy data usage, content creators, or anyone running multiple high-bandwidth applications at the same time. The 100 Mbps upload speed is particularly valuable for uploading large files, livestreaming, and cloud backups.

Requirements

To connect to an Ezi Broadband nbn® Fixed Line plan, you'll need:
  1. An active nbn® Fixed Line connection at your address (FTTP, HFC, FTTC, FTTN, or FTTB)
  2. A compatible modem or router (see Which Modem Can I Use?)
  3. A power outlet near your nbn® connection point
Note: Plans above 100 Mbps require an FTTP or eligible HFC connection. If your home is currently on FTTN or FTTC, you may be eligible for a free fibre upgrade — see our nbn® Fibre Upgrade article for details.
